DPPM Universitas Hamzanwadi Supports the Policy Direction of the RKPD at the 2026 NTB MUSRENBANG

Mataram, April 14, 2024 – The 2026 Provincial Development Planning Deliberation (MUSRENBANG) of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) took place at the Lombok Raya Hotel. The main agenda was the Discussion Desk on Flagship Programs and Macro Development Indicators, officially opened by the Vice Governor of NTB, Hj. Indah Damayanti, S.E, M.I.P. The event was attended by all relevant Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), development partners, university representatives, and philanthropic organizations.

In her address, the Vice Governor emphasized the need to achieve medium and long-term development goals in NTB province to realize an NTB without poverty, a prosperous NTB, and a globally recognized NTB. The 2027 NTB Provincial Government Work Plan (RKPD) outlines policy directions focusing on accelerating poverty alleviation, strengthening food and energy security, preparing the agro-maritime industry ecosystem, and developing sustainable, high-quality tourism destinations. The Vice Governor of NTB stressed the importance of collaboration across all sectors, including government, philanthropy, academia, and development partners, to achieve the targets set forth in the provincial government's work plan.

Several of these programs and local government work plans align with the programs of DPPM Universitas Hamzanwadi, such as the Empowered Village program and the Village Information System, implemented through the Student Community Service Program (KKN) and Lecturers Building Villages Program, as well as research activities aligned with the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) based on the SDGs, in accordance with the research roadmap of Universitas Hamzanwadi.
