LLDIKTI Region VIII Holds Reputable Scientific Writing Training, Lecturers from Universitas Hamzanwadi Participate

Mataram, March 5, 2026 — The Higher Education Service Institute (Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi/LLDIKTI) Region VIII organized a Training and Mentoring Activity for Writing Reputable Scientific Articles, which took place at the Abdurahim Hall, Universitas Islam Al-Azhar. This activity was carried out to improve the quality and productivity of lecturers' scientific publications in both accredited national journals and reputable international journals.

In this activity, Universitas Hamzanwadi assigned four lecturers to participate in the training: Dr. Hary Murcahyanto, M.Hum.; Dr. Hj. Nur'aini, M.Pd.; Dr. Abdul Rasyad, M.Pd.; and Nila Hayati, M.Pd. This assignment is part of the institution's effort to encourage the improvement of research quality and scientific publications among its lecturers. This training strengthened the participants' understanding of strategies for writing quality scientific articles, selecting reputable journals, techniques for submitting articles, and strategies for navigating the review process through to publication. The material was also complemented with discussion and Q&A sessions to deepen the participants' understanding of the scientific publication process.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the lecturers can enhance their competency in producing quality scientific work capable of being published in reputable journals, thereby contributing to improving the academic reputation of their higher education institutions.
